From Wilkesboro/Yadkin on Highway 421:
Take Highway 421 South toward Winston-Salem and merge into I-40 East in Winston-Salem. Within one mile after getting on I-40 East, take Exit 189 (Stratford Road). Take a left at the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. Go to the second stop light (Westbrook Plaza Drive) and turn left. As you turn left into Westbrook Plaza Drive, there is a Walgreen Drug Store on left side of the street and a Taco Bell on the right side of the street. Next, take a left at the three way stop sign. You are still on Westbrook Plaza Drive. Follow Westbrook Plaza Drive past the back of Red Lobster Restaurant and past the Fairfield Hotel and Marriott Courtyard Hotel to the next stoplight (Westgate Center Drive). From Charlotte and the Charlotte Airport/Statesville:
